The project involved a complete overhaul of a legacy e-commerce website. Our primary goals were to modernize the user interface, improve the overall user experience, and boost the site's performance. We focused on creating a clean, intuitive design that would make it easier for customers to find and purchase products.

Solution
We rebuilt the store with Next.js and Tailwind CSS. Page load times dropped from 6s to under 1.5s. The checkout flow was reduced from 5 steps to 3, and we added saved payment methods. Mobile conversion rate increased by 35% after the redesign.
